Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - View on Film

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles-  

Can't say I was a huge fan of any of the previous TMNT films, or shows....and this film did nothing to change my mind.  Also, if this is targeted for kids, why is it PG-13?
